The ultrasound today was normal. Normal growth, normal placement, normal gestational sac, etc. -- and a normal heartbeat pounding away 182 times a minute.
I went straight to my first midwife appointment afterwards.
I am going to lie down for a little while now.

I don't think I've had happier news this year than to hear that. Seriously. The world needs some positive energy and you more than most, I'd figure.
I'm hoping that that "normal" continues to be the answer about this, right across the board!
