... like the ultrasound Monday afternoon. Singleton, measured 6w5d, visible heartbeat. (No rate counted that I heard about, but it was pinging along fast when Dr. Data magnified it enough for an amateur like me to see.) He was happy to hear about my mild but decidedly present versions of all known early pregnancy symptoms. I'm supposed to taper off the PIO this week and find myself an OB, pronto.

My unsolicited advice: stay away from the pregnancy sites. They add layers of worry and anxiety, and who needs that on top of the morning sickness?
